Paul&Shark x White Mountaineering

Paul&Shark has partnered with the cult outdoors-inspired Japanese fashion brand White Mountaineering for a special men's capsule collection within its AW21 offering.

Japanese creative Yosuke Aizawa, Tama Art University graduate, and later Junya Watanabe’s protégé, founded White Mountaineering in 2006 with a focus on usability and technology applied to the great outdoors.

An all-black, slim-fitting collection of hi-performance outdoor garments, the capsule features White Mountaineering's trademark WM digi-print across jackets, sweaters and t-shirts.

Aizawa also updated versions of the Typhoon jackets – now the latest in outerwear essentials from Paul&Shark: detachable layers composed with a mix of technical fabrics, like Typhoon 20000, Primaloft and wool.

Typhoon 20000 is the innovative treatment engineered exclusively by Paul&Shark able to guarantee high waterproof and windproof performance under all weather conditions thanks to an ultra-thin membrane that does not allow water drops to penetrate into the fabric.

Combining the maritime heritage of Paul&Shark with the modern silhouettes of White Mountaineering, the collection looks to both brand’s unique aesthetics and design capabilities to form a series of versatile staples, with usability and comfort at the forefront.
